Research activity

As INRAE ingineer, my expertise domain is molecular and cell biology, and more precisely gene transfert by viral vectors, in order to over- or under-express proteins of interest, in vitro and in vivo. I train users in procedures, current regulations, and health and safety in relation to this activity.

I also participate in research projects linked with NUTRIREG, which is a direct application of our fondamental team researches. This technology put nutrition at the service of gene therapy, by modulating gene-drugs. This is particularly interesting for unstable proteins, which are now delivered in situ, but also for pro-apoptotic proteins, whose duration and expression level could be controled.
