Didier Rémond's role as Unit Director covers :

- All the unit's missions and activities in the scientific, support and back-up fields;
- Human resources management and unit organization;
- Administrative and financial management, risk prevention, compliance of activities carried out within the unit's perimeter;
- Institutional representation.
                                  

To carry out these missions, he is supported by :

Dominique Dardevet

Deputy Director in charge of international outreach (Europe); 
Correspondent for Institut Carnot Qualiment, CRNH, I-site project.

Jérôme Gaumet

Deputy Director in charge of budget and financial management ; human resources ; management of the Support Management team (AGS)

Adrien Rossary

Deputy Director in charge of interface with Université Clermont Auvergne; university courses.

•    A Management Support team (HR, finance, secretariat, IT);
•    A Management Committee made up of members of the management team, team leaders, the platform and the experimental facility. It meets every 15 days to present the latest work, results, news, requests for funding and positions, and to discuss any difficulties encountered, etc.
•    A unit council made up of management and elected members to deal with issues concerning the running of the unit. It meets 3-4 times a year;
•    Various correspondents: prevention, CSR, quality, etc.
•    Working groups.

And throughout the year, scientific events and general meetings for the whole community.
