Research Activity

As a member of the Metabolism Exploration Platform (PFEM), I am involved in the analysis and processing of data for routine metabolomics projects, as an executor or supervisor. I also develop and maintain tools for data processing. I am also an active participant in the international Workflow4Metabolomics collective, which provides access to, promotes, and provides training on metabolomics analysis workflows.
