My research focuses on two questions related to nutritional biology :

  • Understanding the mechanisms underlying the biological effects, particularly those observed at the vascular level, associated with the consumption of polyphenols or polyphenol-rich foods.
  • Identifying the nutritional determinants involved in the regulation of extracellular vesicle biology, particularly in the postprandial phase and under metabolic constraints.
