Research activity

My responsibilities are split 50% between the Metabolism Exploration Platform (PFEM) and 50% between cross-unit assignments.
For the PFEM, my activities are part of the MetaboHUB project (https://www.metabohub.fr/), with the implementation of standards enabling interoperability (ontologies, semantic web) of resources within the national and international metabolomics community. I am also interested in developing reconstruction strategies and methods for analyzing and visualizing biological and knowledge networks.
For the unit, I co-lead the bio-info collective. I manage and develop information systems for omics data (phenotypic, metabolomic, etc.) from the unit's cross-disciplinary research areas (personalized nutrition). In particular, I am involved in the secure management of health data and the implementation and monitoring of questionnaires for epidemiological studies (RedCap).

I am an Operational Data Advisor (ODA) who raises awareness of the Open Data approach, assists with the drafting of data management plans (DMPs), and supports agents throughout the data lifecycle.

Main programming languages : Python, R, JavaScript, SPARQL
