Research Activity

MICA : Clinical trial NCT03068663: "Characterization of microbiota (Intestinal, From Lungs, and Upper Airways) in Patients With Non-small Cell Lung Carcinoma: Observational Study." Sponsor : Centre Jean Perrin, Principal Investigator : Marc Filaire. May 2017 - This trial is the subject of a science thesis and has several objectives: A descriptive approach to the pulmonary microbiota, which is previously little known, and an analytical approach to the possible links between lung cancer, immunity, and microbiota. Co-supervision of this thesis with Professor Édith Filaire.

REXOCHIR Clinical trial NCT03020251 REXOCHIR “Effects of Preoperative Rehabilitation in Patients Resected for Lung Cancer”. Promoter CJP, Principal Investigator : Marc Filaire. This study is the subject of a science thesis and is part of a larger project to redesign the management of care and patients in surgery: Improved rehab in surgery. Co-supervision of this thesis with Professor Frédéric Costes.

Participation in clinical research studies in thoracic surgery and retrospective case studies.
