My work is in the field of metabolomics, a key discipline for exploring and better understanding metabolic mechanisms in living organisms. On the one hand, I identify potential biomarkers of metabolic deregulation, associated with the development of pathologies and/or food consumption in the context of nutritional and/or epidemiological studies by mass spectrometry. On the other hand, I develop innovative methods for profiling and annotation of the metabolome in order to improve the identification of metabolites.
