Objective 

The main objective of this study will be to compare the effects of the consumption of products based on either animal proteins or plant proteins and enriched with fiber on the bioavailability of dietary amino acids. This will be done by measuring the splanchnic extraction of dietary amino acids, that is to say the quantity of amino acids retained in the viscera and which will not reach the peripheral blood.
